01 · Pipeline
Every deal on one board, in its true stage
Your pipeline is a kanban board. Drag a deal forward when it moves. Stage totals show what the month is actually worth. A card that sits still shows its age: flagged at 7 days, overdue at 14.
Run more than one pipeline, and name the stages after how you really work. When a deal is lost, Liteo asks why. The won and lost summary turns those answers into a win rate you can trust.
- Follow-up dates on deals. Overdue turns red and stays red
- Deal value sums itself from line items when you use them
- Co-owners and stakeholders on the deals that involve more people
- Stage history shows the path every deal actually took

02 · Quotes
A quote in minutes, honest to the cent
Build the quote from your catalog, or add a one-off line without polluting it. Prices, discounts, and tax calculate themselves, in net or gross mode, with your tax label and your numbering.
Send it as a clean PDF. When the customer decides, mark it accepted or declined. A sent quote is locked. Changes create a revision, and the accepted version can never quietly change afterwards.
- Up to 200 lines with percent or fixed discounts per line
- A customer remark prints on the quote. The internal note never does
- Validity days, payment terms, intro, and footer set once in Settings
- Accepting a quote can hand straight into installation or service

03 · Products & services
One catalog for what you sell and what you do
Products and services live in the same catalog, with categories, supplier, SKU, unit, and price. A service interval on a product means every install can carry its own service schedule from day 1.
The catalog fills quotes and deal line items, so nobody retypes a price. It imports and exports as CSV, and custom fields hold whatever your business tracks that ours doesn't.
- Categories you can filter by, created inline when you need one
- Fractional quantities where the unit calls for it
- A default service offering per product, used when service is quoted
- Archive items you've stopped selling without losing history
04 · Installed base
Liteo remembers what's installed where
Every business can have sites: named locations with an address, a site contact, and access instructions. What you've installed lives at the site it runs in, as quantities, with its service interval and next due date.
Equipment doesn't have to be sold by you to be tracked. Sold, rented, loaned, or customer-owned, it's all one list per account, and your existing fleet imports from a CSV.
- One Equipment & service view per account: what, where, what's next
- Won deals confirm installation with one calm step
- 10 identical units at one site is one row, not 10
- Service history is append-only. Records don't rewrite the past

05 · Service reminders
The next visit schedules itself
When installed equipment comes due, the service task appears on the right person's list. One Needs service worklist shows everything overdue, due today, and due in the next 30 days, across every customer.
From a due item you can prepare the service quote, schedule the visit, or record the work. Recording it closes the reminder and sets the next one, exactly once. Accepting a quote never advances the schedule. Doing the work does.
- Several due items at one site can combine into one service deal
- Partial service is honest: inspected and serviced are counted apart
- Service responsibility can be handed to a teammate
- Dates agree everywhere, in your organization's timezone
06 · Tasks
Type the task the way you'd say it
Write "Call Sarah tomorrow" and the due date sets itself. Write "every June 3rd" and the task comes back yearly. Type @ and the contact, business, or deal links itself to the task.
Every task has one assignee and a place: overdue, today, or upcoming. Each morning, Liteo emails you what's due and overdue, in your timezone. It's on by default because that's the point.
- Recurring tasks queue the next instance when you check one off
- Call, email, meeting, and general types, filterable
- Tasks live on the contact, business, or deal they belong to
- The daily email skips the days you have nothing due
07 · Contacts & businesses
The whole relationship on one profile
Open a contact or a business and the history is just there. Calls with outcome and duration, notes, files, tasks, quotes, deals, and logged email, in one timeline.
Relationships carry labels, so "referred by" and "works with" are on the record instead of in your head. Duplicates merge cleanly, with explicit choices about what survives.
- Logged email is private by default until you share it
- Linked contacts on every business, sorted by role
- Color-coded tags, created inline from any table row
- Old links keep working after a merge
08 · Lead capture
Your website form does the data entry
Build a form in Liteo and drop it on your site. Every submission becomes a contact: tagged, assigned an owner, and ready to work. Submission history shows what arrived and what became of it.
A honeypot and rate limiting keep the junk out without making real people solve puzzles.
- Field editor with reordering, no code beyond the embed
- New leads can trigger an automation the moment they land
- One copy-paste snippet embeds it on any site

09 · Automations
Rules that read like sentences
When a deal moves to Quote sent, create a call task due in 3 days and set the follow-up date. That's a rule in Liteo, and it looks the way it reads.
Triggers are events: a stage move, a record created, an owner change, a type change. Actions cover tags, types, tasks with name merge and relative due dates, follow-ups, owners, and emailing a teammate. Every run is in the execution history.
- Conditions stack with AND, so rules stay predictable
- Off by default, managed by admins
- The fences are deliberate: no time triggers, no rule chains, and it never emails your customers
10 · Reporting
Numbers you can repeat in a meeting
Reports cover outcomes, activity, completed work, sent quotes, service events, and the current pipeline. Everyone sees their own work and the company totals. Admins see the team table.
A weekly summary email is there if you want it: your weekday, your hour, your own numbers, and it skips empty weeks. It's off by default, which is how optional things should ship.
- Attention view: what needs a decision, snapshotted, not averaged
- Money stays in its currency. Nothing is silently converted
- Reopened or corrected work reverses before it counts again
11 · The small things
The parts you touch 50 times a day
Global search on Cmd+K. CSV import in 5,000-row batches, export anytime. Files on any record. Advanced filters, column sorting, show and hide, drag to reorder. A Mine filter that means mine.
Contacts, businesses, and deals are unlimited on every plan. The only thing you ever pay per is people.
- Custom fields: text, number, date, dropdown, link, email
- Call logging with outcome, duration, and notes
- Search finds names, emails, and job titles as you type
12 · Team & your data
Built for teams that change
Invite someone and a seat is added, prorated. Remove someone and it comes off. When a person leaves, you pick a successor and Liteo moves every live responsibility across, verifiably, without rewriting who did what.
If you ever stop paying, writing locks and reading stays open. Export works on your way in and on your way out. Your data is never held hostage.
- Admin and member roles, kept simple on purpose
- Re-inviting someone doesn't resurrect their old ownership
- History keeps the original names. Attribution is never rewritten

Questions
Questions worth asking
- Is every feature really on the one plan?
- Yes. $9 per user per month, or $7 billed annually, and the plan is the whole product. There's no tier where quotes or reports live. Records are unlimited; seats are the only thing you pay per.
- What does Liteo deliberately not do?
- Invoicing, scheduling and dispatch, inventory, email campaigns, and time-based automation triggers. Those are other tools' jobs. Liteo tracks the sale, the quote, and the service that follows, and stays out of the rest.
- How long does it take to set up?
- A few minutes. Import contacts from a CSV, name your stages, and the board is working. The catalog and service intervals can grow in whenever you're ready.
- What happens to our data if we cancel?
- Writing locks, reading stays open, and CSV export keeps working. You can leave with everything, anytime.
- Can I try it on real work first?
- That's the intended way. 14 days free, no credit card, everything included. Load real deals and real installed equipment and see if your mornings get calmer.
