Built for manufacturers
10 years of orders ship with every machine
A CRM for manufacturers has 2 jobs: win this week's RFQs, and stay in the account long after the machine ships. Liteo runs both, with every open RFQ on one board and every installed machine tracked at the customer's plant. Quotes come from your catalog, PM dates turn into tasks, and nothing lives on the whiteboard anymore.
The problem
3 ways a quarter leaks money
The RFQ that aged out in the inbox
It came in on a Tuesday, drawings attached. Pricing waited on one supplier number and the thread slid down the inbox. By the time the quote went out, the buyer had already placed the order.
The $86,000 quote nobody chased
It went out 3 weeks ago and nobody's called since. You don't know if they're comparing bids or waiting on budget. Neither does anyone else in the office, because the follow-up lives in your head.
The line you commissioned in 2023
Its PM interval is written in the manual and nowhere else. The spares orders go to whoever calls first. When the line finally needs replacing, that RFQ will go out to 3 of your competitors too.
01 · Pipeline
A CRM for manufacturers starts with the RFQ board
Every open RFQ sits on one board, in the stage it's actually in. RFQ received, reviewing, quote sent, negotiation, PO received. You see the week's quoting load in one look.
Drag a deal forward when it moves. A deal that sits still gets flagged at 7 days and marked overdue at 14. The RFQ you forgot shows itself before the buyer moves on.
- Stage totals under every column, so you know what's close
- Separate pipelines for part runs and equipment builds
- Rename the stages to match how you actually sell

02 · Quotes
The quote goes out while the spec is still fresh
Build it from your catalog. The conveyor run, the control panel and PLC, commissioning, the training days. Set quantities and negotiated prices, and the totals do themselves.
Sent quotes are locked versions with a clean PDF for the buyer. The price you quoted is the price on file when the PO lands. Acceptance is recorded on the deal the day they commit.

03 · Installed base
A manufacturing CRM that knows every machine you've shipped
Every machine you've commissioned sits in Liteo at the plant where it runs. Packaging line 2 at one customer, the compressor bank at another. Each with its last PM and the next one due.
When a PM comes due, Liteo turns it into a task, and recording the service chains the next reminder on its own. The machine you shipped in 2023 becomes the spares order this spring and the rebuild quote in 2028.

04 · Accounts
One customer folder for the buyer, the plants, and the POs
A customer with 2 plants is one business with named sites, not 2 copies of the same company. Every machine, quote, and note hangs off the right plant.
The buyer, the plant engineer, and the maintenance lead sit on the same account, with every call and PO number under them. When the buyer changes jobs, the history stays.
05 · Follow-ups
Follow-ups and PM visits land in the same list
Set the follow-up the moment the quote goes out. It comes back on the day, on the right deal, with the amount attached. Overdue turns red.
Sales calls and PM visits share one list, grouped by overdue, today, and this week. Every morning an email lists what's due and what slipped, in your timezone.
06 · On the road
It works on the phone at the customer's plant
Check the board before you walk into the meeting. Log the call in the parking lot while the numbers are fresh. Move the deal to PO received the day the PO lands.
It's the same app in the phone's browser, nothing stripped out. What you see at your desk is what you see standing next to the machine.

Nothing cut down.

Questions
Fair questions, short answers
- Is this an ERP or MRP system?
- No. There are no BOMs, no inventory, and no production scheduling in Liteo. It covers the 2 ends your ERP ignores: RFQs, quotes, and follow-ups before the PO, then installed machines and PM dates after shipping. The ERP keeps the middle.
- We sell through reps and distributors. Does that fit?
- Yes. A distributor is a business in Liteo, with its own contacts and its own deals. A rep can co-own the deals they touch, so the Mine filter shows them theirs and the whole board stays visible to you.
- Is there a free CRM for manufacturers?
- Liteo isn't free. It's $9 per user per month, everything included, and free for 14 days so you can load real RFQs before deciding. Free CRMs usually cap your contacts or hold features back, and you tend to find out mid-quote.
- How long does setup take?
- A few minutes. There's no onboarding project and nothing you have to configure before adding the first RFQ. Rename the stages whenever it suits you.
- What does it cost for a team of 4?
- $36 a month, $9 for each user. Every plan has every feature, so nobody's deciding who gets quotes and who doesn't. Annual billing drops it to $7 per user.
- Our customers and installed machines live in spreadsheets. Can we import them?
- Yes. Contacts, businesses, your catalog, and your installed base all import from CSV. Load the fleet once and the PM dates start working from day 1. And if you ever leave, CSV export always works, so your data is never held hostage.
