By using Liteo, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the service.

The service

Liteo provides a CRM tool for managing contacts, businesses, deals, and tasks. Pricing is per user: a monthly subscription or a one-time lifetime seat, with a 14-day free trial. Details are on our pricing page.

Your account

You’re responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. One person per account. Don’t share access.

Your data

You own your data. We don’t claim any rights to the content you put into Liteo. You can export or delete it at any time.

Payments & refunds

Subscriptions are billed per user, monthly or annually. Lifetime seats are one-time payments. All paid plans include a 14-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked.

Cancellation

You can cancel anytime. If you cancel a subscription, you keep access until the end of your billing period. Your data remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation.

Liability

Liteo is provided “as is.” We do our best to keep the service reliable, but we can’t guarantee 100% uptime. Our liability is limited to the amount you’ve paid us in the last 12 months.
