A CRM for general contractors who'd rather be on site

  • Every bid you're chasing, in the stage it's actually in
  • Estimates from your price list, tracked after send

Built for the trades

$31,000 rides on who bids first

A CRM for general contractors only earns its place if it gets the bid out sooner and the follow-up done. Liteo holds every job you're chasing on one board, with the client, the site, the quote, and the next call attached to it. You open it, you see what's live, and you get back to work.

The problem

3 ways a bid pile leaks money

01

The estimate you meant to send Thursday

You walked the site, took the measurements, and priced it in your head on the drive back. Then four more calls came in. By the time you wrote it up, they'd hired someone else.

02

Live jobs and maybe-jobs in the same pile

The kitchen you start Monday and the deck someone mentioned in June sit in the same text thread. You can't tell what's real without scrolling.

03

Nobody knows what the client already agreed to

The detail lives with whoever took the call. When they're on a roof, the answer waits. So does the client.

01 · Pipeline

What a CRM for general contractors has to get right

Every open bid sits on one board, in the stage it's actually in. Lead, site visit, estimate sent, negotiation, won. You see the whole thing without opening anything.

Drag a job forward when it moves. There's no status field to update afterwards and no report to run to find out where you stand.

  • Stage totals so you know what's genuinely close
  • Name the stages after how you actually work
  • One board per crew, or one for everything

02 · Quotes

The estimate goes out before you leave the driveway

Build the quote from your saved price list. Demolition, cabinetry, the sub you always use, your day rate. Pick the lines, set the quantities, and the totals do themselves.

Send it and that version locks, so the number they're holding is the number you priced. When they say yes, the acceptance lands on the job instead of in a text thread.

03 · Follow-ups

The quote you sent stops going quiet

Set the follow-up when you send the estimate, while the number is still in your head. It comes back on the day, on the right job, with the price attached.

Overdue turns red. That one color is the difference between a bid you lost and a bid you forgot, and they are not the same problem.

04 · Clients and sites

One client, three addresses, no confusion

A property manager with four buildings isn't four contacts. It's one business with four sites, and every job, quote, and note hangs off the right one.

Custom fields hold the things that decide the price. Job type, square footage, permit status, access. An electrical contractor tracks panel capacity where a painting contractor tracks coats and surface prep. Same app, your fields.

05 · Lead capture

The form on your website becomes a lead in Liteo

Someone asks for an estimate at 11pm. Liteo creates the contact as a lead, tags it, and assigns it an owner. It's waiting for you at 6am instead of sitting in an inbox.

You can set a rule to go with it. When a deal lands in Estimate sent, Liteo makes the call task for 3 days out. Every estimate leaves with its follow-up attached.

Before and after

The bid pile, before and after

None of this asks you to work differently. It's the same jobs you're already chasing, somewhere you can see them.

Today

  • Estimates live in a notes app, a folder in the truck, and one long text thread
  • You remember the follow-up when the client calls you first
  • A job gets quoted twice because nobody wrote down the first price
  • Whoever took the call is the only one who knows the details
  • Every quote starts from a blank page

With Liteo

  • Every open bid on one board, sorted by what's closest to signing
  • The follow-up shows up as a task on the day you set it
  • Client, site, quote, and notes all sit on the same job
  • Anyone on the crew can open it and see where things stand
  • Line items come from the price list you already built

Questions

Fair questions, short answers

Is this project management software?
No. Liteo tracks the sale, not the build. Lead, estimate, follow-up, won. Once the job is sold, your scheduling and job costing tools take it from there.
Does it work for electrical or painting work specifically?
Yes. You name your own pipeline stages and custom fields, so an electrical contractor can track panel upgrades and permit status while a painting contractor tracks surface area and coat count. Nothing else about the app changes.
Is there a free CRM for contractors?
Liteo isn't free. It's $9 per user per month with everything included, and free for 14 days so you can load real bids before deciding. Free tools usually cap your contacts or hold a feature back, and you tend to find out which one mid-job.
How long does setup take?
You can add your first bid within a few minutes. There's no onboarding wizard and no configuration you have to finish first. Rename the stages whenever you feel like it.
Can my foreman see the same board?
Yes. Add them for $9 a month and they see the same pipeline. You decide what each person can change.
I already track quotes in a spreadsheet. Can I bring them over?
Import them. Liteo takes a CSV for contacts and businesses, so your existing list comes across without retyping it.
