Built for the lot
The be-back buys from whoever called
A car sales CRM is only worth having if it wins you the be-backs. Liteo puts every buyer on one board, with the unit they want, the trade-in, and the next call attached. You open it, you see who's due, and you start dialing.
The problem
3 ways a lot leaks buyers
The 'just looking' who bought somewhere else
They walked the lot on a Saturday, sat in the truck, and left as a maybe. 6 weeks later they bought the same truck across town, from a salesperson who called them twice. Nothing reminded you to make either call.
The pipeline that quit when Danny did
Every be-back, every trade appraisal, every 'waiting on the tax refund' lived in one salesperson's head and his personal phone. Then he took a job across town. Your pipeline went with him.
The callback where nobody knows the numbers
A buyer calls back ready to deal, and the salesperson who worked them is off today. Whoever answers doesn't know the trade allowance or the out-the-door figure that got floated. So the buyer tells their story again, and cools a little more each time.
01 · Pipeline
What a car sales CRM has to get right
Every buyer you're working sits on one board, in the stage they're actually in. New lead, contacted, test drive, negotiation, sold. You see the whole month at a glance.
Drag a deal forward when it moves. A deal that sits still shows its age on the card, a warning at 7 days, overdue at 14. The buyer you forgot stops being invisible.
- Stage totals show what's really close to sold
- Name the stages the way your floor talks
- One board for the lot, or one per salesperson

02 · Follow-ups
The 45-day follow-up game, handled
The buyer who's just looking today buys in about 45 days, usually from whoever stayed in touch. So every deal carries a follow-up date. Set it as they leave the lot, and it comes back on the day, with the buyer and the unit attached.
Every morning, one email lists your due and overdue calls. Overdue turns red on the board. The be-back you'd have forgotten becomes Saturday's delivery.
03 · Buyers
Who they are, what they want, what they're trading
Open a buyer and the whole deal is there. Vehicle interest, budget, the trade they're driving, how they plan to pay. Custom fields hold whatever decides a deal on your lot.
Every call gets logged with an outcome, so the story survives a day off. When Elena Rivera calls back about the Camry, whoever answers knows the trade and the last number discussed.
04 · Website leads
The Sunday-evening truck shopper lands in Liteo
Put a short form on your site: name, phone, body style, what they're after. A submission creates the contact and tags it Web lead. Nothing sits in an inbox, and nothing waits for Monday.
Spam doesn't come along for the ride. A honeypot and rate limiting keep the junk out, so what lands is a real person shopping for a real car.

05 · Automations
Every web lead gets a same-day call
One rule does the handoff. When a contact is created from the website form, Liteo assigns an owner and creates a call task due the same day. The lead that came in over lunch gets called before close.
Rules only nudge your own team, never your buyers. No automated emails go out pretending to be you. The calls stay human, which in car sales is the point.
06 · On the lot
It works on your phone, out on the lot
Check the board from the showroom floor. Log the call while the test drive is still fresh. Move a deal to Sold before the plates are on.
It's the same app in your phone's browser, not a cut-down mobile version. Nothing to install, nothing missing.

Questions
Fair questions, short answers
- Is this a DMS? Does it pull inventory or marketplace leads?
- No. A car dealership CRM usually means the module inside a DMS, with inventory, desking, credit apps, and marketplace feeds. Liteo has none of that and tracks the buyers instead: who wants what, who's due a call, who test drove and went quiet. Website form leads land in Liteo by themselves, and any other list imports as a CSV.
- Is there a free CRM for car dealerships?
- Liteo isn't free. It's $9 per user per month with everything included, and free for 14 days so you can work real buyers before deciding. Free CRMs usually cap contacts or hold features back. A contact cap is a bad fit for a business built on follow-up.
- How long does setup take?
- You can have real buyers on the board in a few minutes. There's no onboarding wizard to finish first. Rename the stages whenever the floor changes its mind.
- What does it cost to add my salespeople?
- $9 per user per month, or $7 per user when you pay annually. Everything's included on the one plan, so there's no tier to outgrow. Add a salesperson and they see the same board with their own follow-up list.
- We track buyers in a spreadsheet. Can we bring them over?
- Yes. Export it as a CSV and import it, and your contacts and businesses come across without retyping. Set a follow-up date on each live deal and the board takes over from there.
- Salespeople hate logging. Will they actually use it?
- Logging a call is a few taps, outcome included. The payoff is selfish: your own follow-up list every morning, sorted, with each buyer's story attached. And a deal doesn't stall because its salesperson took Tuesday off.
