For real estate agents

3 weeks of silence loses the buyer

A CRM for real estate agents has 2 jobs: keep every buyer and seller moving, and keep you in front of past clients. Liteo does both with one board, a follow-up date on every deal, and a yearly check-in on every household you've closed. Nothing in it needs a training course.

The problem

3 ways a sphere goes cold

01

The login you haven't used since the conference

You signed up for the big platform because the brokerage webinar made it look easy. It has a dialer, drip campaigns, and a dashboard you've logged into twice. Your actual pipeline lives in your phone's favorites and a notepad in the car.

02

The consult that went great, then went quiet

The buyer consult ran long because it went well. They said they'd talk after the weekend, and you meant to call Tuesday. 3 weeks and 2 closings later, they're under contract with another agent.

03

The past client whose neighbor just listed

You closed the Riveras' place 2 years ago and they loved working with you. Their neighbor listed last month with someone else. Staying in touch was always the plan, and the plan lived nowhere.

01 · Pipeline

A CRM for real estate agents starts with one honest board

Buyers and sellers on the same board, each deal in the stage it's really in. New lead, consult, active, under contract, closed. Cards carry the expected commission, so every stage shows what it's worth.

Deals age in the open. A card that hasn't moved in 7 days shows a warning, and at 14 it flags overdue. The Chen buyers can't drift into week 3 unnoticed.

  • Stage totals in commission, so you know what the quarter holds
  • Rename stages whenever your process changes
  • One pipeline for buyers, another for listings, or a single board for everything

02 · Follow-ups

Nothing waits on your memory

Set the follow-up as you leave the buyer consult, while it's fresh. It comes back on the day, on the right deal, with the last conversation attached. Overdue turns red, like the 112 Alder call that slipped past Mar 3.

Tasks sort themselves into overdue, today, and this week. A daily email lists what's due each morning, in your timezone. You start calling from a list instead of a feeling.

03 · Your sphere

Who referred whom, on the record

Open Wendy Chen and the story is right there. Referred by Sonia Holt, spouse Sam on the same card, pre-approved, looking in Maple District. The last call sits on top, so the next one starts where it ended.

The fields are yours: side, price range, area, target date. Every call, note, and deal lands on the same profile. Nothing about a client lives only in your head.

04 · Past clients

The check-in that comes back every year

Close a deal and the follow-through starts on its own. Liteo can tag the household Past client and set a check-in call for a month out. After that, the yearly touch comes back when it's due.

Log the call and next year's reminder sets itself. The Riveras hear from you every March, whether the market is loud or quiet. That call is where the next listing comes from.

05 · Lead capture

The 10pm valuation request becomes a lead overnight

Someone types their address into your site at 10pm on a Sunday and asks what it's worth. Liteo creates the contact, tags it Website, and assigns an owner. It's waiting for you in the morning instead of buried in email.

You pick the questions, like whether they're selling, buying, or just curious. A honeypot and rate limiting keep the junk out. What gets through is a real person with a real address.

06 · Between showings

It works from the car between showings

Check the board from the car between showings. Log the call while the conversation is fresh. Move the Ibarras to Under contract from the title company parking lot.

It's the same app in your phone's browser, with every feature in it. Nothing to install, nothing missing.

Questions

Fair questions, short answers

Where's the MLS sync, the dialer, the drip campaigns?
They're not here, on purpose. Liteo doesn't pull listings, auto-dial your leads, or email your database on a schedule. If you use that machinery and love it, keep it. If you pay for it and never open it, this is the fix: buyers, sellers, and follow-ups on one board you'll actually work.
How does it get me more referrals?
Referrals come from staying in touch after closing, which is exactly the part that slips. When a deal moves to Closed, Liteo can tag the household Past client and create the first check-in task on its own. Every touch after that comes back as a yearly reminder, and logging the call sets the next one. You stay in front of people who already trust you, without running a campaign.
Is there a free CRM for real estate?
Liteo isn't free. It's $9 per user per month with everything included, and free for 14 days so you can load your real pipeline before deciding. Free CRMs usually cap your contacts or hold a feature back, and you find out which one mid-transaction.
How long does setup take?
Minutes. Add a deal, name your 5 stages, and the board is live. There's no onboarding call and nothing to configure before it's useful.
Does it work for a single agent, or is it built for teams?
It works alone. You pay $9 a month, or $7 billed annually, and that's the whole bill, with every feature included. Add an assistant or a partner later for $9 each, and they see the same board. The best real estate CRM for a single agent is the one you'll still be opening in March.
My database is in another CRM. Can I bring it over?
Export it to a CSV and import it into Liteo. Contacts and businesses come across without retyping. If you stop paying later, reads stay open and CSV export still works. Your database is never held hostage.
