Manage your team

Invite each teammate with their own account. Shared logins make ownership unclear and make it harder to remove access when someone leaves.

Choose administrators carefully

Administrators manage workspace settings, team access, and integrations such as Pabbly and Zapier. Ordinary members can use the customer records they need without changing those connections.

Assign work to people who can act

When you choose a default owner for a form or integration, select an active workspace member. Review those defaults when responsibilities change.

Remove access when someone leaves

Remove the member from the workspace instead of reusing their account. Reassign open work so contacts, deals, and tasks still have a responsible owner.
