Use a task for the next action that belongs to one person. Link it to the contact, business, or deal so the reason for the task stays beside the customer history.

Write the action plainly

Start with a verb: Call Sarah, Send revised quote, or Confirm access time. Liteo can understand dates in the title, such as “tomorrow,” and you can check the due date before saving.

Choose one owner

One task has one assignee. If several people are involved, assign the person responsible for moving it forward and add the others to the related deal or customer record.

Use recurring tasks for repeating work

Set a repeat pattern for work that returns on a schedule. Completing the current task creates the next instance, so today’s record stays complete.

Clear overdue work honestly

Complete a task only when the action happened. If the work is still needed, move the due date and leave enough context for the next person to understand why.
