Map Meta form answers

Field mapping tells Liteo where each Instant Form answer belongs. Liteo suggests destinations for standard questions.

Review each answer and choose a destination or Don't import. A question such as “Location” can mean different things to different businesses.

Map identity and contact details

Map standard questions to name, work email, phone, or job title. Use a contact custom field for an address or other details. Check the form’s wording before choosing a destination.

Handle business-specific answers

Use an existing contact custom field when your workspace already tracks that information. Create a new custom field only when the answer will be useful for filtering, qualification, or follow-up.

If an answer does not belong on the contact, skip it. You can update the mapping later, but the change applies to future processing and imports rather than rewriting every existing contact.

Choose attribution fields

You can make selected Meta details visible on the contact, including Page, form, campaign, ad set, and ad identifiers. Leave them off when your team does not use those values.

Liteo still keeps the provider identifiers it needs internally for delivery, audit, and duplicate protection.

Save the setup

Every form question needs an explicit destination or skip choice. After saving, send a test lead and confirm the resulting contact before relying on live campaigns.
