Create a connection code in Liteo, then finish your workflow in Pabbly or Zapier.

Before you connect

Choose who should own new contacts and deals created through the connection. You can change the owner later by creating a new connection.

Create the connection in Liteo

  1. Open Settings in Liteo.
  2. Choose Integrations.
  3. Find Pabbly or Zapier.
  4. Select Connect Pabbly or Connect Zapier.
  5. Choose the default owner for incoming records, then select Create connection.
  6. Copy the connection code before you leave the dialog.

Finish the setup in Pabbly or Zapier

Open Pabbly or Zapier and add Liteo to your workflow. When it asks you to connect an account, paste the connection code from Liteo.

Liteo is available in Zapier's public app directory. Search for Liteo when you add a step. No invitation is required.

Test the connection before adding more steps. A successful test confirms which Liteo workspace the connection can use.

Build your workflow

Choose the Liteo event you want to use, such as a new contact or new deal. Then choose what should happen in the next app.

You don't need to create webhook addresses or copy API endpoints into Liteo.

Polling checks for new records at intervals set by your provider plan. Large imports can exceed the polling window. Read the API documentation for record limits and recovery options.

Disconnect the account

Open Settings, choose Integrations, then find the key used by your workflow. Select Revoke key to stop requests using it.

Other keys keep working. Use the advanced API key list to find older or custom connections.

Disconnecting doesn't delete contacts or deals that were already added to Liteo.
