Import earlier Meta leads

Connecting a form starts real-time delivery for new submissions. Earlier submissions are imported separately so you stay in control of when older contacts enter the workspace.

Check the setup first

Send a test lead and inspect the contact before importing older leads. Historical imports use the same owner, answer mapping, and visible attribution choices as real-time delivery.

Start the import

Open Settings → Meta leads, then choose Import earlier leads. This imports earlier submissions from all selected forms in groups of 50.

You can leave the page while the import continues. The integration status shows its progress and any action you need to take.

What happens to duplicates

If a lead already arrived through the real-time connection, the import does not create it again. Liteo uses the Meta lead identifier across both paths.

For a matching contact, Liteo fills empty fields and preserves existing values. An older submission won't replace a phone number your team already updated.

If the import stops

Reconnect Meta if access has expired or a required permission was removed. Choose Import earlier leads again to restart a failed import.

For an individual failed delivery, fix the reported problem and choose Retry lead beside it.
