Liteo works best when you start with the work that's already real. Add the people and businesses you speak to, put active opportunities in a pipeline, then give each one a next action.

Set the workspace basics

Open Settings and check these details first:

  1. Add your organization name and contact details.
  2. Set the timezone, currency, and date format your team uses.
  3. Invite the teammates who need access.
  4. Review your first pipeline and rename its stages to match how you sell.

Your timezone controls how dates appear and when reminders arrive. Your currency becomes the default for deal values and quotes.

Bring in customer records

Add one contact or business by hand to learn the shape of a Liteo record. If you already have a customer list, use the CSV import after that first record feels right.

A contact is a person. A business is the company or organization they belong to, and you can link several contacts to one business.

Add the work in progress

Create a deal for each active opportunity and place it in its true stage. Add a value, expected close date, and next follow-up when you know them.

Don't rebuild years of old pipeline history before your team can use Liteo today. Start with open work, then add older records when they are useful.

Give every deal a next action

A short task is enough: call the buyer, send the quote, confirm the site visit. Assign it to one person and give it a real due date.

Connect lead sources last

Once ownership and fields are clear, connect the forms that create new leads. This prevents incoming records from landing without an owner or with answers in the wrong place.

When you're ready, follow Connect Pabbly or Zapier.
