Creating a test lead in Meta is only the first step. Check delivery diagnostics for the Liteo app, then confirm the delivery status and contact in Liteo.

Check the selected Page and form

Confirm the testing tool uses the same Page and form activated in Liteo. Meta permits one test lead per form at a time, so delete the old test lead before creating another.

Check Page lead access

Your Meta user needs lead access and Page administrator access. If Lead Access Manager is enabled, the Liteo app must also be assigned access to the Page’s leads.

Warnings for other apps listed in Meta’s testing tool do not necessarily affect Liteo. Open the diagnostic entry for Liteo’s app and check that app specifically.

Check Liteo’s connection health

Open Settings, then choose Meta leads. Look for a reconnect request, an incomplete form mapping, or an actionable delivery failure.

Reconnect if Meta access expired or a permission was removed. Save the form again if its questions changed after the original mapping.

Check the resulting contact

Search Contacts by the test email address or phone number. A replayed event does not create a second contact, so the test may already be attached to the earlier delivery record.

Ask for help with useful details

Email karl@liteo.io with the Page name, form name, approximate delivery time, and the message shown in Liteo. Do not send Meta access tokens or passwords.
